Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests can be delivered the same day if the order is placed before 12 noon. Some products which are delivered via courier can take up to 2 days for delivery, but this is stated in our delivery information when making your purchase. Delivery is not available on Sundays & Public holidays in South Africa.

Delivery is confirmed by way of email.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Flowerzone.co.za is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Flowerzone.co.za will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will not attract an administration fee

Flower & Hamper availability and substitutions

All floral and hamper products are subject to availability. The floral & hamper products pictured on our website may vary slightly in design or appearance to the item delivered. This could be due to seasonal availability and designers interpretation. Careful attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the product displayed on the website.
Stock availability – our designers reserve the right to substitute flowers, vases & accessories with an item of similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.

Allergies

Flowerzone.co.za is not liable or responsible for any allergic reactions to any of the fresh products purchased, whether its is a floral product or hamper product on the website. Please take note that our flowers and hamper or our service providers may have nuts in the area where the products are created and packaged.

Legal Age

You must be over 18 years of age to place an order for alcoholic products on our website – Flowerzone.co.za. By placing an order, you confirm that you and/or the recipient of a gift containing alcohol are over the age of 18.

Customer privacy policy

Flowerzone.co.za shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).

Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Flowerzone.co.za bank account, the details of which will be provided during the checkout process or on request

Credit card acquiring and security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Flowerzone.co.za via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by Flowerzone.co.za separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility

Flowerzone.co.za takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Flowerzone.co.za chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

Variation

Flowerzone.co.za may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
